Radon Protection Plan

All radon test results that return lower than 4 PiC/L will receive our 120 day radon protection plan which guarantees that if any retesting for radon is done after our test, and results in a reading over 4 PiC/L, Residential Warranty Services will pay the cost of Radon mitigation up to $1200.
